Household machinery injuries

On average, each day over 30 people are seen in an emergency department for an injury from household machinery or a powered hand tool. Middle-aged males have the highest injury rate. The November issue of Compass is part of a series of e-reports produced by the Ontario Injury Prevention Resource Centre.
