Updated injury data available from PHAC

You can now access updated 2005 injury data online, notes the latest Injury e-bulletin from the Public Health Agency of Canada. Leading causes of deaths and hospitalizations, leading causes of injury deaths and hospitalizations and data specific to children, are all available in easy to read tables.

Visit the Injury Surveillance On-Line website for injury mortality and hospital separations by province and territory, new age groups and over time. In addition, the Canadian Hospitals Injury Reporting and Prevention Program has released new reports on wheeled, non-motorized vehicles, motorized recreational vehicles and water tubing and water skiing.
