Parachute is seeking an experienced individual for a one year, full time contract to join our team within the Ontario Injury Prevention Resource Centre (OIPRC) at Parachute, for Coordinator, Health Promotion, Data and Knowledge Exchange.

Presented in partnership with the Falls & Mobility Network Meeting, this conference is co-hosted by the Ontario Injury Prevention Resource Centre and the BC Injury Research and Prevention Unit. TIRF Road Safety Monitor: fewer drivers admit to driving impaired

A new Road Safety Monitor poll conducted by the Traffic Injury Research Foundation reveals a significant decrease between 2007 and 2013 in the percentage of drivers who admitted to driving when they thought they were over the legal limit in the past 12 months, from 8.2% to 4.8% respectively. The public opinion poll conducted in October 2013 investigated Canadians' behaviours and actions in relation to drinking and driving as well as trends.
