Safe Living Guide

The Safe Living Guide is a resource for seniors available in both English and French developed by the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC). The guide was revised in 2015 and provides updated facts, checklists and tools for keeping older adults safe in all areas of the home. It also provides fall prevention strategies (e.g., physical activity and medication tracking) to address common risk factors and is presented in a user-friendly format with pictures and personal stories.
